UK regulations
What information must be printed on UK raffle tickets?
UK raffle tickets must include the promoter’s name and contact details, the draw date, time and location, the ticket price, and — for registered charities — the charity number. The counterfoil must show contact details and a date for returning unsold tickets. See our regulations guide for the full checklist.
Do I need to register my raffle with the council?
Raffle tickets sold to the public in advance of a draw generally must be registered with your local council. Contact your council to confirm whether your draw must comply with the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976 or the Gambling Act 2005. Read our UK raffle regulations guide for more detail.
General
Are your raffle tickets recyclable?
Yes. Our tickets use a 100% recyclable glued stub, so books can be recycled after your event.
