Order confirmation
On receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation email. A full VAT receipt will be emailed to you within 2 working days.
We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email to the address you provide. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order. We must receive full payment of the whole price for the goods you order before your order can be accepted.
Delivery
When ready, your order will be sent by courier to one address. We cannot accept PO Box addresses.

Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel before printing has started, no charge will be incurred and a full refund will be given.
Cancellations announced after printing has started will not be refunded.
If Raffle Tickets Online is unable to process your order because of a technical problem or any other reason attributable to us, a full refund will be given.
